Colbros Electrical were awarded the design and construct electrical contract at the New Brighton Hotel on Manly’s Corso.
This project involved in depth design development with the client, head contractor and interior design teams.
Colbros also took on the lead role of service trade coordinator with the other service trades.
This existing hotel was completely demolished back to just the front 2 corner walls of the facade before new works took place. The new hotel now consists of a basement, ground floor bar and 3 levels of bars above.
Our works included the full design, installation and commissioning of all lighting, automated lighting control systems, power, main switch board, distribution boards, gaming infrastructure, communications, data and MATV systems.
This project was delivered to the complete satisfaction of our client.
This project also went on to be the NSW winner and a national finalist at the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) annual awards.
