Colbros Electrical were engaged to undertake the full electrical design and construct works at the new Scalabrini Village RACF at Drummoyne.
This included a full 120 bedroom dementia facility supplemented by 16 x rooftop dementia designed apartments, on site Catholic church and presbytery, meeting rooms, piazza shop, general store, barber shop, consult rooms, physiotherapist rooms, underground carpark and admin areas.
These works included the electrical design, certification, installation and commissioning of a new substation, tuneable lighting, DALI lighting control system, general power, main switch board, power factor correction unit, generator support infrastructure, distribution boards, MATV, fire detection, security, access control, CCTV, hearing loop, audio visual, data, communications, assett tracking, resident tracking and nursecall systems.
