Colbros were awarded the design and construct contract for both new stand-alone Integrated Cancer Care (ICC) Hospitals at Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie.
Works included the full design, installation and commissioning of all electrical systems for these new facilities as well as the interface of these systems to the existing hospital network. Areas (per facility) included 2 x new LINAC radiation treatment bunkers, LINAC control rooms, CT scanner room, radiotherapy, consult rooms, examination rooms, treatment rooms, laboratories, training rooms, pharmacy, staff rooms and offices.
