Colbros were engaged to carry out the electrical contract in refurbishing a 7 level office block in North Sydney.
Our client required a dynamic lighting design rather than standard office fluorescent lighting.
This was achieved by the selection of architectural style lighting driven by C-bus lighting control and pre-programmed colour touch screens. Movement sensors were also incorporated into the design to assist in energy management.
This contract included the complete electrical installation including DB upgrades, Data, Communication, Security, Lighting management systems as well as general Light & Power.
This was a Colbros design and construct project.
