Colbros Electrical were engaged to undertake the full design and construct electrical works at the new Japara Healthcare’s 5 storey, 102 bed aged care facility at Belrose in Sydney’s North.
These works included the electrical design, installation and commissioning of a new substation, lighting, C-Bus lighting control system, general power, main switch board, rooftop solar PV system, distribution boards, MATV, fire detection, security, access control, CCTV, hearing loop, audio visual, data and communications systems.
