Colbros was engaged to upgrade the undersize electrical mains and distribution board to each apartment of the 5 story unit block. This work was carried out while the unit block was fully tenanted.
As the building did not have a ceiling cavity powder coated cable tray and custom made cable tray lid was installed inverted on the concrete passageway ceilings to enable sub main reticulation.
This was carried out with limited interruption to the residents.
