Colbros Electrical were awarded the full design and construct contract for the electrical works at BUPA’s new 120 room flagship facility at Sutherland.
Colbros were required to work closely with BUPA’s head office, architects and services consultants to ensure that the new electrical design was compliant and of a standard that could be rolled out across all future BUPA facilities.
Our scope of works included the electrical design, certification, installation and commissioning of a new substation, lighting, automated lighting control systems, general power, main switch board, generator support infrastructure, distribution boards, MATV, fire detection, security, access control, CCTV, audio visual, data, communications and nursecall systems.
